RV RENTAL OFFICE PERSON

Our mission is to provide a memorable Adventure for our guests, and a professional response for our business customers with a “can do attitude”. We ask all our employees to help us find ways to say “yes” to those people nice enough to approach us for assistance with their needs.

Above all, we want our customers to know that we are actively involved in their happiness.

We need help with the following:

Professional and proficient telephone/Email/regular mail contact with potential customers using established procedures and responses. Applicant must be personable and not easily flustered. Extensive vocabulary is a big plus.

Completion and flow of contracts both outgoing and incoming to include follow up regarding insurance coverage, payments on schedule, multiple calendar entries, in-town transport setup.

Keeping schedules for maintenance on fleet. Entry of expenses in spreadsheets.

Liaison with outside suppliers, internal repair personnel, and other office personnel.

Check out and in of RV’s before and after rental. This requires extensive attention to detail to avoid under/over charge to customer.

Help when needed for cleaning (both inside and out) preparing and stocking of fleet.

This isn’t a must, but is highly desirable. May be asked to transport vehicles if need arises inside and outside the park. You must have a valid driver’s license and provide a DMV driving history. Minimum age 25 for this function.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word), Excel Spreadsheets and Outlook Email programs as well as efficiency with a calculator.

Applicants with special skills in the tourism industry (both local and state wide), basic accounting, advertising and knowledge of RV’s will be given preference.

· Sitting, standing, bending and walking are involved, so physical fitness is necessary.

· Some lifting involved – up to 70 lbs or so

For Workcampers:  Doing these duties will be in exchange for RV site rent and other “perks”.
