Please note that we will need the following information if you book a rental with us:
Copy of Drivers License for all drivers.
So as not to surprise you, this is to advise that all drivers will be required to provide us with a 5 year (or more depending upon the report) Driving History from the Department of Motor Vehicles, referencing your driver’s license activity, from the state in which you/they are licensed to drive. This report may usually be obtained via the internet. We prefer it be sent via email to owner@adventuresakrv.com - subject "Driving History" and the name of the person on the report and the name of the client/renter .
We will also require a copy of your and all driver's personal automobile insurance card (the one usually kept in the glove box of the person's vehicle) before departure in our RV's. This is to verify that all are “insurable” and in good standing with their carrier. This cannot be waived. So, be sure to bring - especially on weekends and holidays when we can't reach the insurance company to have them send us a copy.
Visa or Master Card Credit Card information including the 3 digit number on the back signature line, zip code and name as it appears on the card - for the party named on the Rental Agreement (or the person making payment on the rental portion). The client/renter MUST pay the deposit on their credit card. Sorry, no debit cards.
We’ll need an emergency contact name and telephone number on the Rental Agreement forms. This is to help us if we can't reach you and you have forgotten something in the RV. Or (God forbid) you don't return when scheduled - who should we call? This is Alaska after all. We call this the "Who Cares?" information. Someone who would know where to start looking, and also has the desire to do so. Obviously, this cannot be someone along on the trip.
