Please note that we will need the following information if you book a rental with us:

Copy of Drivers License for all drivers.

So as not to surprise you, this is to advise that all drivers will be required to provide us with a Department of Motor Vehicles Report (dated within 2 weeks of your rental beginning date), referencing your drivers license activity, from the state in which you/they are licensed to drive.  This report may usually be obtained via the internet and can usually be faxed direct to us at 907-479-0575.  We will also require a copy of your and all driver's personal automobile insurance card before departure in our RV's.

Visa or Master Card Credit Card information including the 3 digit number on the back signature line for the party named on the Rental Agreement.

We’ll need an emergency contact name and telephone number, and another contact as a personal reference along with their telephone number on the Rental Agreement.  This is to help us if we can't reach you and you have forget something in the RV, or (God forbid) you don't return when scheduled - who we should call.  This is Alaska after all.  We call this the "Who Cares?" information.

Will your insurance company provide us with a "Binder" (which covers our RV's for Liability & Comprehensive & Collision) under your personal insurance policy? If so, this will save you a nightly insurance processing fee.

Linen Packages (Optional - $35/person) - # =   Each RV comes with pots, pans, dishes, ample pillows (you provide the covers if you don't purchase the Linen Packages) basic cleaning supplies (including dish soap), broom/dustpan, coffee maker & toaster, toilet paper at no additional charge.
